1. Strawberries and almond yogurt.
  2. 1 slice of gluten-free bread and almond butter.
  3. Chicken salad on rice or seed crackers.
  4. Almond butter on apple wedges.
  5. Hard-boiled egg.
  6. Hummus and cut up vegetables – carrots, jicama, celery, cucumber slices.
  7. Trail mix and fresh fruit.

  10. Protein powder: Beef vanilla protein powder, almond or coconut milk and fresh fruit. (may add almonds or other nuts)
    • Make a smoothie:  Add spinach, fruit and almond butter.
  1. Brown rice cakes and sunflower seed butter.
  2. Peach and walnuts. (choose any fresh fruit in season)
  3. Lettuce wrap: Fill with deli turkey slices (nitrate free), add mustard or other condiments.
  4. 1 slice of gluten-free bread with avocado and tuna salad. (use Skipjack tuna as it is lower in mercury)
  5. Hummus and cut up vegetables such as celery, radishes, cucumber slices, jicama.
  6. Sardines, rice crackers and fresh fruit.
  7. Fresh fruit and nut butter (may use Sunflower Seed butter)
  8. Nutty cookies: Mixed nuts, honey and Ghee (clarified butter).  Place onto baking sheet covered with wax paper.  Bake for 12 – 15 minutes in a 350-degree oven.  Liftoff of baking sheet as soon as take out of oven.  Place onto a serving tray.
  9. Tuna salad on rice crackers or with cut-up vegetables.
  10. Refried black beans, guacamole and salsa. (Use rice crackers, seed crackers or vegetables to dip)
  11. Coconut or almond yogurt with fresh fruit.
  12. Plain coconut kefir, fresh fruit and almond milk or 2 tbsp. of almond butter. Blend in blender until smooth. May add spinach.
  13. Cup of turkey chili beans: 1 large can of stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves of fresh garlic, Mexican spice mix.  Mix together in a large pot and heat to boiling.  Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with avocado slices.
  14. Gluten-free pizza slice with tomato-based sauce, tomatoes, spinach and sprinkled with nutritional yeast or cashew cheese.
